Below is my Shell's animation. Maya needed about 3 days to render it on my Intel MacBook Pro 2,33 GHz, 4GB RAM. And this is the low quality version.

This is a Gyroid's transformation in Rhino. I used Mathematica for this model, then Rhino, then SmartDuplicate from ticket01.com in Maya.
